How many Welcome Packages can I order?
One complimentary package per employee.
There is more than one package that I like - can I purchase the second package?
New employees may only order one (1) Welcome Package as a company-funded item and may not make personal purchases. For interest in more Boeing merchandise, please visit BoeingStore.com.
How much do I need to pay out of pocket?
New Employee Welcome Packages are company-funded item(s) shipped for free. There is no cost to you!
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are unable to accept changes or cancellations. Please ensure your selections are correct before submitting your order. If you have any questions about the items, please reach out to us at support@boeingteamwear.com. Addresses cannot be updated once the order has been submitted, please review details before submitting.
How do I determine my size?
Please refer to the size charts on the product pages for more details on sizing.
Can I see the Welcome Package options in-person before ordering?
Currently, packages options are only available to view online.
Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
Can I request a return or an exchange?
Once your order is submitted, no changes can be made. Exchanges are available for damaged or defective products and shipping errors. Please select your item(s) carefully and review size charts before placing your order. We will not accept exchanges on the t-shirt or sweatshirt due to incorrect size.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders will ship using UPS. You can expect your delivery within 4–8 business days after your order has been processed. Business days are defined as Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Once you place your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, where you’ll find a link to view your tracking number and shipping status.
I am a new hire from San Antonio/South Carolina, and I am also eligible for Teamwear – can I place both orders at the same time?
Item(s) from different programs cannot be combined in the same order. You may only proceed to checkout with item(s) from one program at a time to proceed.
