When is Teamwear expected to be worn?

Teamwear is optional workwear and encouraged to be worn at work, off-site staffing events, volunteering, etc.

How do I determine my size?

Please refer to the Size Charts on our product pages for more details on sizing.

Try-on opportunities will be communicated through site newsletters.

What is my annual refresh quantity, and how do I check my refresh status?

Qualifying San Antonio teammates are allowed 5 Boeing-funded items within one year of their refresh date.

Why am I unable to view my refresh status?

Eligibility is determined by a number of parameters in Boeing’s HR system. In order to qualify for teamwear refresh, your work location must be set as San Antonio and you must have active employee status.

How do I order my 5 Boeing-funded items?

When you are eligible to order, add items to your cart and click “Check Out”. The price for the five Boeing-funded items drops to $0. Add your shipping address. You do not need to enter a billing address. Keep the “Same as Shipping Address” button checked, and complete order.

My Boeing-funded purchase discount code was not automatically added to cart at checkout. What should I do?

If the discount code is not automatically added to cart and you are eligible for annual refresh, please refresh your web browser and navigate back to your cart. Click the "Checkout" button again. If the issue persists, please contact support@boeingteamwear.com.

Can I purchase Teamwear item(s) beyond my annual refresh quantity?

We do not currently allow personal purchases of Teamwear beyond your annual refresh limit at this time.

Can I redeem Pride@Boeing Points, Gift Cards, or Service Awards on my BoeingTeamwear.com purchase?

Pride@Boeing Points, Gift Cards, and Service Awards may not be redeemed at BoeingTeamwear.com.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Expect your delivery within 4–8 business days after your order has been processed. Business days are defined as Monday–Friday, excluding Holidays.

Once you place your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, where you have a link to view your tracking number, and shipping status.

How do I submit a return?

Returns and exchanges are only offered on defective product or shipping errors. Please select your items carefully and review size charts before placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are unable to accept changes or cancellations to Boeing Teamwear orders. Please ensure your selections are correct before submitting your order. If you have any questions about our items (sizing, fit, etc.) please reach out to us at support@boeingteamwear.com.

Can I ship my package out-of-state?

There will not be an out-of-state shipping option at checkout. You will be required to enter a Texas shipping address upon checkout to submit your order.

Can I log in to BoeingTeamwear.com on my own personal device?

No, we currently do not allow login via personal devices. Login must be made using Boeing SSO on a Boeing-issued device.

How do I fix technical issues I'm experiencing on BoeingTeamwear.com?

BoeingTeamwear.com has been optimized for the latest versions of Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. The latest available browser versions support the newest technology, which improves website speed, accessibility, and functionality in addition to providing virus and security protection.

Please also note that the technology supported by browsers can vary, so it is expected that our website will render differently for different browsers, as well as for different releases of the same browser.

Where else can I purchase Boeing apparel?
